Functional Fitness

Led by our highly experienced coaching staff who are there to push you and guide you with hands-on movement breakdowns and instruction, each class includes three main components: warm-up, strength and daily workout. These classes are customized to suit the needs of all RISE members and allow you to track your progress and see improvements.

Olympic Weightlifting

Are you new to weightlifting? Are you a weightlifter looking to breakthrough plateaus? Our custom Olympic Weightlifting program complements our functional fitness programming and will help you reach your goals and smash strength plateaus.

RISE Gateway

We understand that it can be daunting to try something new, and you may not know if it’s for you. RISE Gateway 4-week program. During the first two weeks, you will be part of a small group led by one of our expert coaches. They will fundamentally break down all movement progressions and get you ready for group class. In the following two weeks, you will have unlimited access to our group classes with an additional coach devoted to the gateway members.

Kinstretch

What is Kinstretch? Kinetic Stretching, labelled as Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. It challenges the flexibility and strength of individual body parts so you can simultaneously self-assess AND strengthen. This is mobility for LONGEVITY.
